Account Deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your GameWeave account and associated data.
How to request deletion
Email brayskiy@gmail.com from the email address tied to your GameWeave account.
Use the subject line:
Delete my GameWeave accountInclude the following:
- the email address on the account,
- your current display name if you know it, and
- whether you want only account deletion or both account deletion and a data export before deletion.
If you cannot send the request from the account email address, include enough information for us to verify that you control the account. We may ask follow-up questions before deleting the account.
What we delete
After we verify the request, we will delete or de-identify:
- your account record,
- email address and password hash,
- display name,
- avatar URL and avatar image,
- refresh tokens and password-reset tokens,
- per-game statistics tied to the account, and
- active profile data tied to the account.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where needed for legal, accounting, tax, security, fraud-prevention, chargeback, dispute, or abuse-prevention reasons. This may include purchase identifiers, refund records, wallet ledger entries, anti-fraud notes, server logs, and backup copies until normal backup rotation deletes them.
Retained records are kept only for the purpose that requires retention and are not used to recreate your account.
Timing
We aim to complete deletion within 30 days after verifying your request. If applicable law requires a different response period, we will follow that law.
Important effects
Deleting your account is permanent. You will lose access to your profile, game statistics, virtual chips, purchase-linked wallet balance, and any other account-linked Service data. Virtual chips have no cash value and are not refundable through account deletion. Refund requests for Google Play purchases must be submitted through Google Play unless applicable law gives you another right.
